Edit View - Fix Tag Type Ahead on Blog Sidebar

When editing a post, on the right sidebar there is a tag typeahead field.

Below the typeahead field there should be a list of 10 or so of the most used tags.

In the past, I have created something that writes them into the tag field when you click on them. I can try to find that or we can re-write it.

But I need to list of popular tags to do this :)

The functionality is here but there are bugs with using this.

I closed #211 because it was a duplicate of this ticket essentially.

I re-worked the CSS for type ahead styles for all of apostrophe to look and work the same way.

This is how they look. (They are awesome.)

Looks good. I want to be able to hit the down arrow and highlight them, hitting enter to select them, adding them to the list. If that should be another ticket, can you please open it?
