Installation guide for The Hard Way needs project:permissions step

While it's in the guide for the sandbox installation, the "hard way" steps lack the important step of ensuring the permissions are correct by running

./symfony project:permissions

This is important because otherwise the directories required by Lucene aren't writeable and the site 500's after adding a new page.

Can someone add this to the documentation? Cheers
