Edit View - Category "Add New Category" drop-down in Sidebar

One of the options when selecting a category in the drop-down (combo-box) should be "— add new category —". (or something like that.)

I leave it up to John to figure out how you get a box to fill out for the new category.

Dan built this functionality and it works. I am going to style it, but it's currently turned off.

Dan: Is this difficult to re-enable so that I can work on it?

I think this might relate to the overall ajax strategy issues we are having width the sidebar form.

I'm assigning this to you so we can just talk,. When I am clear give me the ticket back for styling.

This is styled, and works well but I think the hook on the event is disabled. New categories don't see to be saving.

When this works assign to Rick for review.
