We should add the same add new category functionality to Media.

One of the options when selecting a category in the drop-down (combo-box) should be "— add new category —". (or something like that.)

See Ticket #207 where we are adding this to the Blog plugin.

Dan and I just added the capability to add Categories using the multiple select widget.

I am going to keep this ticket because there's some styling issues.
