Description

Should there be a way to edit / manage categories from the Index view of the Blog Admin? What about the frontend view?

Right now, we have paired it all the way down to just using the sidebar while editing an actual blog post.

Flesh out how categories should work in a sketch and assign to Dan for a 1.2 implementation.

They can work fine now as part of the blog edit process for the 1.1 release but I think as our blogging platform becomes more mature and serious large scale blogs are built on it, a robust categories manager will need to exist.

We have a plan in place for navigating to the category admin. John is implementing it shortly.
