Video and Buttons get placeholder <div> just like slideshows

Description

After you add a new slot and select "Slideshow" or "Video", you should be sent directly to the Media area so that you can select or upload photos or videos.

When you add a slideshow, you now get that placeholder box and are asked to select images. I think that is a better solution, so let's leave it at that. (See screenshot.)

However, should we do the same thing for video? John/Rick?, what do you think? Should we treat video the same way?

I agree, I think I can just port over the thing I made for slideshows.

Ticket #91 is a similar ticket for the Button slot.

I assigned that ticket to Jake for more information. Generally, I just think the button slot should take up -some- space when it's created too.
