PATCH: "Add Content" won't go away

Description

On any subpage of the home page, click "Add Content." Then click "Rich Text." The slot appears underneath but the menu does not go away. Clicking in the slot does not making it go away. Only clicking "Add Content" at the top of the menu makes it go away.
