Create a Wiki page explaining how to:

Output a link as a button
Output a submit button as a similarly attractive button
Additional things you'd like us to adhere to to make your life easier when styling output

Our buttons are kind of scary at the moment. I intend to re-write the styles of them to do away with a lot of the cruft that would need documenting.

I will create this documentation once I've cleaned up.

Please reformat the CSS classes for buttons section using wiki markup for nested lists, which is simple and awesome:

Rather than a preformatted block that's weird to scroll.
