Create Page form should be simplified: Title, Template, More..., Save

Longdialog is long. 716 pixels is way over the limit for IE on 1024x768, which is alas not uncommon among our education clients (I'm seeing 1003x589 quoted as a viewport size). Is it OK to make people scroll vertically to interact with a popup dialog? That seems weird, although it does work.

I think a classic Macbook might also have to scroll here although they tend to waste less vertical space.

The settings and create forms are pretty tall when expanded.

The expanding sections allow you to focus on only the applicable section at any one time.

For the create page dialog, having it display only the Title and Template fields, then hiding the rest under a 'More Options...' button would help make that form smaller.

After clicking 'More Options...' they can see the other sections of the form?
